Salvatore of Cornicello Wine

Wine, cycling, and architecture are the three passions that have shaped my life, each inspiring my perspective and deepening my appreciation for the world around me.

Born in Brooklyn and raised in the energy of New York City, I developed an early appreciation for the vibrancy of urban life. Yet it was through frequent travels to Italy that I discovered a profound connection to the countryside, where generations of tradition, a sense of place, and a deep respect for the land define the art of winemaking. Those experiences sparked my curiosity about wine and inspired me to explore the relationship between the land, the grape, and the glass.

Although many years have passed since those formative journeys, the beauty and spirit of the Italian countryside have remained with me. Ultimately, they led me to Paso Robles, where I bring these influences together to craft wines that reflect my passions, my experiences, and my enduring appreciation for the art of winemaking.
